In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "c8888" / "Platform" The online casino, sportsbook, and gaming platform operated at c8888.club, including all associated web pages, features, games, and services.
• "Account" A registered player account on c8888, created by completing the registration process and passing the required identity verification steps.
• "Player" / "You" Any individual who registers an account on c8888 or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" The BDT funds held in a player's c8888 account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses, minus any withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive granted by c8888 to a player, subject to the bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" Any real-money stake placed on a casino game outcome, sports event, or other betting market available on the c8888 platform.
• "Prohibited Person" Any individual who is under 18 years of age, or who is otherwise ineligible to use c8888 under these Terms or applicable law.
• "Verification" The identity, age, and payment verification process required before a player may withdraw funds from their c8888 account.
• "BST" Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all c8888 operational references including transaction processing windows and support hours.

By accessing the c8888 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and c8888 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.

c8888 may require you to re-confirm your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions at any time — for example, following a material update to this document. Refusal to confirm acceptance will result in suspension of platform access until confirmation is provided, or permanent account closure at the player's election.

To register and maintain an account on c8888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c8888 strictly prohibits access to real-money gambling by minors. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be the registered holder of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw on c8888. Third-party payment on behalf of another player is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of c8888, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own capacity. Use of c8888 for commercial gambling operations, agent-player arrangements, or arbitrage betting is prohibited.

c8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one c8888 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, phone number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and the payment method you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Account credentials — particularly your password and OTP codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. c8888 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify c8888 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied. c8888 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Accounts found to have been registered with false information, or found to be duplicates, will be permanently closed without prior notice. Any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited in full.

All transactions on c8888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank online transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by c8888, however players who have set voluntary deposit limits will be governed by those limits regardless.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the player's wallet until the balance meets the minimum.

Withdrawal processing times: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during BST business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. c8888 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high volume or public holidays.

Verification requirement: All players must complete identity and payment verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. c8888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and is applied consistently to all accounts.

All bets and wagers placed on c8888 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as published within the relevant section of the platform. These general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and not in place of, those game-specific rules.

Sportsbook — Cricket & Other Sports: Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI fixtures, and bilateral series — are subject to the sportsbook rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation; c8888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during interruptions to play. Bets placed after the official start of an event — unless specifically offered as in-play markets — may be voided.

Casino Games: All casino games on c8888 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by the respective game developer (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). The outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG independently of prior results. c8888 does not influence game outcomes.

Void Bets: c8888 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, manifest odds error, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns suggesting misuse. In the event a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to the player's wallet.

Maximum Winnings: c8888 may apply maximum single-bet payout limits on specific markets. Where such limits apply, they will be displayed within the relevant game or market. c8888 is not obliged to pay winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits, regardless of the displayed odds at the time the bet was placed.

c8888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the bonus offer terms.

One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple instances of a bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Abuse of Bonuses: c8888 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of offers, or coordinated wagering across multiple accounts. The determination of bonus abuse rests solely with c8888 and is final.

Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be reinstated.

Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: c8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to an active promotion will be communicated to affected players before taking effect where reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c8888 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including bonus exploitation, circumventing account restrictions, or increasing bet limits.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials. Attempting to initiate chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Money Laundering: Using c8888 as a mechanism to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. c8888 applies transaction monitoring and reports suspicious activity in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game in a manner that undermines the integrity of the game or disadvantages other players.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary players.
• Match Fixing & Insider Information: Placing bets on the basis of insider information or in connection with any scheme to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Abusive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing c8888 staff, third-party game providers, or other players in any communication channel.

c8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a specified time frame.
• Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity on the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
• Death of the account holder, subject to applicable estate procedures.
• Regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirement.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's wallet balance will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes with no adverse findings, the balance will be restored and the account reopened. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Voluntary Closure: Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons may be subject to a cooling-off period before the closure is processed, to ensure the request is considered rather than impulsive. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed early under any circumstance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c8888 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, contracts, data, goodwill, or other similar losses, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting the platform, including but not limited to server outages, payment gateway failures, or data transmission errors, provided c8888 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses arising from compromise of account credentials where reasonable care was not taken.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party game outcomes, sports event results, or statistical data displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c8888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any particular game for a player's specific purpose.

c8888 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The platform offers several responsible gaming tools that players are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Time-based alerts can be configured to notify players when a chosen session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
